First of all the floor plan is brilliant. We have been completely impressed with Spectrum from beginning to end.

From the pre building stage and through the construction phase we have had no issues. Throughout the build our building supervisor was in charge and on top of what outcomes we wanted. The build progressed on time and without any unwelcome surprises.

Everything we discussed in the planning phase has materialised and as far as I can tell in this early stage there is nothing to complain about or to feel concerned about.

This floor plan is brand new, therefore I can see a few minor defects and if Spectrum build another house of same plan, I am sure they will make improvements. Everyone learn from past experiences.

Great team all round from sales/office to the trades used . This family run company helped us build our dream home . Our block was a problem block and spectrum where not put off by our problem peace of land like a lot of the other builders . They not only built the house and a huge retaining wall they they walked us threw the process step by step . I’m a tradesman me self and there trades where superb . Could not recommend this company enough and would definitely build with them again ( never moving from our dream house ) thanks to all the spectrum team/family for all the hard work that went into our home .

The team at Spectrum Homes were fantastic. They were able to help us find a house plan to fit our block of land, which had a very difficult shape, whilst other building companies could not.
